I never understood why, at the very least, if you're going to have it be based on diversity, why limit things to just those five groups. What about Jews, Muslims, people with disabilities, etc.
Just feels like people make "diversity" into whatever fits their agenda nowadays.

You have to already be a manager. What other exempt positions are available at Best buy.
