We get crap with the hospital logo on it.

Past gifts have included:

Large umbrella
Cheap Chyna-made small backpacks
Cheap Chyna-made insulated lunch totes
Throw blankets

The infusion company does bonuses as well, but I don’t expect much this year since I started with them in September.

this is my first year being at the senior management level so no. I have every year until then. We get a profit sharing bonus in march and just our quarterly bonus in December.

We have always gotten one. This year's should be pretty good considering we are having our best year ever. Last time that happened we got a great bonus and the week after Christmas off paid.

No, I did with my last job
I’d rather no bonus than still working for my last company
We get bonuses throughout the year so it’s not a big deal

My company used to give Christmas bonuses based on seniority, now it's just a flat rate, same for anyone.

God no. Early stage cash flow negative company. I'm lucky to even get my bi-weekly paycheck.

I get my annual bonus in May as long as I keep up my certifications. Nothing in December except extra time off.

Yes, company is usually pretty generous. We've had one of our best years ever this year so fingers crossed.

Nope, our company is spinning off another company that they bought a couple of years ago, which ended up being a bad investment.

Top brass sent out an email saying do not spend any money on Christmas bonuses etc etc.

Fortune 100 Fintech company that’s now run by a woman who makes shitastic decisions. Fun times

We usually get two, one is a $500 open loop gift card and the other is usually 10% of our salary if we hit our revenue goal. The $500 is guaranteed, the 10% isn't guaranteed, but we have hit it the last 5 years and it's looking like we'll hit it again.
