Beer snobs are pretty bad, and I say that as someone that primarily drinks IPAs.

Drink what you like.

Then I’m the worst, I guess.

A good 13% coffee stout while it’s snowing outside is hard to beat.

Ah, nothing like being able to enjoy a coffee beer in Louisiana once every 5 years.

Was thinking about this and a year ago i was at a bar in Austin, when i was there for a wedding and ordered a miller lite and the guy next to me (was a guy who probably spent 20 minutes styling his beard) says to me “miller lite? do you have the tastebuds of a 5 year old?” then proceeded to tell me how his 9 dollar IPA was brewed in an ethically sourced brewery and that basically I was an animal for giving money to “big beer.” Anyways, the moral of the story is that this guy made me lose all will to live and i haven’t been the same mentally ever since this happened

this didn't happen

I much more prefer lagers (all the cold brews) to ales (the warm brews) in general. But I certainly enjoy stouts and German and Belgian ales.

That said ... IPA’s suck

You should have throat punched him on the spot (disclaimer: I’m currently drinking a Miller Lite).

It's confusing because millennials are responsible for drinking absurdly bitter and filling 13% alcohol IPAs -- but, I think they are also leading the charge to easy drinking, low carb hard seltzer.
