IDK about the "worst people on earth," but I think they kind of miss the whole point of beer. Beer is something I'll have with a sandwich or some seafood. It's just a slightly more exciting alternative to the water or unsweet tea I'd usually have. If I want to taste something really delicious, or get plastered, I'm not going to order a beer. Beer should be light and inoffensive and get out of the way of whatever you're having it with. That's why crap like Coors Light is so popular.

I'll drink anything. If it's there, I'm drinking it.

Honestly, ANYONE who bases their esteem or virtue-signals about the products they CONSUME is a total loser.

Brag about what you CREATE, NOT what you consume.

I may be considered a "beer snob" but I don't give a shite what you drink, unless you're taking mine. If you want my opinion on a beer, good or bad, I'll provide it. That's what it is though; an OPINION. I'm not shoving my opinions on anyone unprovoked.

I wish the Hipster IPA trend would die a quick and painful death. The beer tastes like shite and is my idea of what it would be to suck on grass after it fermented for a year. IPA’s are too trendy and unoriginal.

The douchebags that push IPA’s have never had a good German, Irish, English or Scottish beer. They need to put down the hops and get a real beer.

Yeah that's me and most of the people i know are like that. I've only ever met maybe one person like what the op is describing. And those people are just douche bags about everything.

I'll disagree with you there. I'm not all about the Stouts, they're ok on occasion, just not my beer of choice.

why do hardasses care soo much?

Do I enjoy an ice cold Coor’s Light. Nectar from the Rocky Mountains? Hell to the yes, I’ve drank a thousand of them.

Can I and do I also enjoy a change of pace in the form of a hoppy hazy New England style IPA? Hell yeah.

I bet me and Sun God alone have murdered more American Light Beer than most in this thread will drink in there lifetimes. But we will also drink some hazy baw beers from our local breweries. Do we know some people who take their fancy beers a little too seriously, sure. But I don’t see why a segment of the OT gets off on hating on posters who at times may opt for something a little more flavorful than piss colored water.

Frick all this shite. Get a 30 box of the champagne of beers for $17.98 and call it a day. Why do they call it the cham pag ne of beers you say? Because its the best beer out there. That's what made Milwaukee famous, where ever Milwaukee is.
