Are pretentious beer snobs the worst people on earth?

Was thinking about this and a year ago i was at a bar in Austin, when i was there for a wedding and ordered a miller lite and the guy next to me (was a guy who probably spent 20 minutes styling his beard) says to me “miller lite? do you have the tastebuds of a 5 year old?” then proceeded to tell me how his 9 dollar IPA was brewed in an ethically sourced brewery and that basically I was an animal for giving money to “big beer.” Anyways, the moral of the story is that this guy made me lose all will to live and i haven’t been the same mentally ever since this happened

At that point I would point out that the extra hops in his IPA are doing a good job of lowering his testosterone.

That's why every brewery makes them.
