been having pain from joint (elbow) running along dorsal to medial mid forearm. both arms but mostly right.
not sure what i did to mess them up. Been resting them mostly, avoiding any pull type exercise. anyone have other advice to help recovery?

I had this going on in my right arm. Did PT, cortisone shots, went to another MD. He had me do an MRI, I had a torn tendon, did PRP, more PT, only slightly better. Now I am just trying to use it more to get blood flow into the area and may to another round of PRP after we move in March.
I have no clue how I tore it, nothing stands out to me, no accident or other trauma either.

I'm in the same boat. Curls kill me but it's only in one elbow. I guess I'll try 777's rice.

There is an NSAID cream that is now available over the counter. Voltaren. It obviously won’t do anything to fix it, but it will relieve that pain. You kind of have to figure out where to apply it based on your own pain because it is marketed for arthritis pain and the instructions follow suit. A little goes a long way. It works for me when mine flares up.

Lol, I was going to google it. I'm thinking something along the lines of making a fist in a bucket of rice but I'm not sure yet.

I'm thinking the opposite. Push your hand in then extend fingers out against the pressure of the rice.

turmeric at 1,000mg/day
That's something I need to try also. Is that a normal dose?

here yall go. i dont believe in rice as a strengthening exercise for many reasons but it is good for tendonitus and tennis elbow.

Awesome, thanks. I'm gonna go for it and see if I notice any relief. I've had the pain for a couple of months at least and no signs of getting better on its own.

Same here. I just had surgery on mine last week after a year of conservative stuff. Was told these are typically more wear and tear degenerative type issues than acute injury. Anyway good luck.

That was one of the most erotic non-pornhub video I’ve seen in a while. The rock climber chick was hot.
ETA: There was a Vandy WR some years ago that went pro. He did the rice bucket thing religiously.

I was ready for the surgery option to hit the table last week at my appointment. He seemed like he didn't want surgery yet, I am over this crap though. How long did your MD say recovery would be? How bad has the pain been for you since surgery?

8 weeks from surgery until I can start introducing normal activities like light weight lifting to strengthen, golf, stuff like that.
Pain was manageable after surgery... I took vicodin for about 3 days but then switched to ibuprofen. No cast or sling but have to pretty much keep it fairly strait for now only moving my fingers. I'm 8 days post op now and get the stitches out this coming Monday.
Ive been walking 3 to 4 miles a day every day since the day after surgery.

I watched the video based on your above advice and did not find it erotic. Maybe when they zoomed in on the penetration for a second but overall maybe a 5 out of 10.

I take turmeric(curcumin) and that seems to work for me for swore joints.

wanted to circle back on this and see if anyone who has been suffering found anything since posted thats been helping.
ive started doing aggressive massages with gun, and PT stretches ive seen online. its helped but both arms still get pretty aggravated on pulling exercises and regular pulling motion use.
Did you guys who started on tumeric find it helping any?
