We absolutely must do this to save the planet. All the while China and India continue to build coal fired power plants.

I’d have to move somewhere that never really gets hot.

Clearly this climate scientist has never been to Louisiana in the summer.

I grew up with a mother who kept the A/C at 80 degrees in the summer. Never again!

I really never need ac because I stay slim and trim
Some of you baws should try it. Y’all could save on food and electricity

I’ve been trying to sacrifice. 85 when I’m not at the house, I turn it to either 79 or 80 when I’m home. Trying to do my part. I sleep with it at 76 though.

I’m sure the scientists asking people to do this are going to keep their AC off.

My FIL and my neighbor’s mother both like the high thermostat settings in the summer. They get fewer visitors and maybe that may be one good reason to do it. Ha….

I lived without AC for a summer when I was in college. After a week or two you get used to it.

No you don’t. I stayed in Pentagon with no A/C and sweated my arse off. I never got used to it.

And Al Gore flies a private jet to Monaco and Davos weekly.
It’s a power and wealth transfer scheme, always has been.

Yep, just like celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Barbra Streisand telling people they should do more to conserve energy as they fly around the world in their private jets, own several multimillion dollar homes that are staffed and kept climate controlled even when they are not living in them.
fricking hypocrites.

Yeah. I’ll do it when northerners give up heating their homes in the winter.

Just letting you know I dropped my temperature this summer 70 when not home 68 when home and 66 when sleeping I cancelled out your savings
