Guy has a right to protect his home and I have no problem with not releasing his name since we’ve gotten to a point where we can’t even describe a criminal or show his picture in some cases where a crime was actually committed.
They can have his name if he’s charged. Why drag him through the mud if he’s not charged with a crime?

There is already precedence on this exact case from about 10 years ago in Baton Rouge. Its self defense. Sucks very bad for the kid and his family but it is what it is.
We've all been really drunk before, and I guarantee if homeowner fired a warning shot, it would sober you up pretty quick!
