It’s sucks that they didn’t get paid OT.

I mean, they also gave them 1.5x pay for the OT.

They get written up for too many piss breaks. True story

Amazon warehouses have a high turnover rate because it's a horrible place to work

The least they could have done is fill that straw full of coke.

The last order I made took six days to be delivered......it was a "Prime" order. I haven't gotten anything within the original Prime window for delivery in over two years now, and that's despite being very close to an Amazon warehouse that was supposed to shorten delivery times.

Many do

Before the pandemic, Amazon was losing about 3% of its workforce weekly, or 150% annually. By contrast the annual average turnover in transportation, warehousing and utilities was 49% in 2021 and in retail it was 64.6%, less than half of Amazon's turnover.

No the high turnover rate is because it's bottom of the barrel trash that work there. Most of them are lazy as hell.

So you admit this is just something random they did for their employees on top of you know, paying them.

How many people work OT for things and companies don’t say shite about it, they just pay them the OT rate.

Personally, I would rather them do nothing vs this cheap-arse attempt.
