No, how about acting normal and being polite on your own instead of being forced to sound like a fake arse polite person. They all sound like robots.

It’s why I like Popeyes. They usually say “the frick you want?” At the drive through followed by a “we ain’t got that, we sold out” once you order. To be honest, it’s a breath of fresh air amongst a sea of fake politeness.

Because “normal” isn’t interacting with 200 per day that want something from you. No “normal” person is going to just naturally be polite to every single one of those people.

I don't even like Chik fil A food, but I appreciate that it's one of very few remaining places that have decent customer service/ attitude.
