Navien tech support is outstanding - like GE and AT&T were 20+ years ago.
Navien parts are readily available and most are reasonably priced.
If you live in an area with very hard water, install a good pre-filter to catch some of the scale, make sure the flush valves are installed to be easily accessible, and expect to change the pre-filter element and flush the unit every 6 months with tankless flush solution.
On our model, the hard water causes the tiny, $15 "Circulation Pump Air Vent" to fail every 2 years. When this happens, water drips from the cabinet into the overflow pan. Changing the part is easy but you've got to regularly check the unit for drips caused by that failed air vent.

If the setup allows, I'd hire someone to put up scaffolding and change to a fixture that will accept a light bulb changer on an extension pole.

I've never met anyone who filed a title insurance claim.
It's insane that we pay the better part of one percent of the property selling price for a policy that almost never pays off.
There's a reason why the nicest building in the trashiest Texas towns is always the title insurance company.

Some decent hotels already have built-in shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathrooms.
With no tiny bottles to steal of flush down the toilets this will probably save the hotels money in the long run.
