Good for Alabama. Whenever I watch beastiality, I at least want the poor animal to be of the opposite sex. Homosexuality is just weird.

Truth?

The truth is... There are gay people in the world, its not something someone decides to be. It seems like they are not willing to embrace the truth.

So being gay precludes one from being truthful and decent? Do you teach your idiotic ideas to children? Please say no.

Wonder if they're going to watch that one with God, Jesus, and their grandkids?

I agree the business should be able to make their own decisions, so good for them I guess.

However, why do we continually shield children from the fact that homosexuality exists? It's like not telling them about steak...Eventually they're gonna find out. Do you want your children to be the last to learn about things?

I'm pretty sure the "Bear" or Saban wouldn't have noticed...

I don't care that they choose not to show it. I always am anti-attention whoring and this is exactly what the theater is doing.

Publicity stunt.

Hopefully this decision doesn't hurt them financially.

Henagar is a tiny Sand Mountain town. If being that far removed from civilization hasn't hurt them financially, then this certainly won't.

They've changed ownership. I seriously doubt these people will adhere to the former owner's open stance on film.

But they didn't feel the need to post on facebook about it?

Suddenly nostalgic for the old internet.

Well they probably only got the internet over in Henagar a few years ago so it's new to them.

No one has addressed this yet? I had no idea that any of these were still in operation, especially in the middle of BFE.

They opened a new one at the Grand River outlet shops a few years ago in Leeds, just north of Birmingham. During football season they show the Alabama and Auburn night games on the screens, and the concessions sell beer/wine and typical concessions food. Some friends have gone and say it is a great but different way to watch the game. You're not technically supposed to consume alcohol at your car, but the guy that was telling me about going said they just stuck a cooler in the back and it was like a big tailgate with a couple of games showing.
