Very rarely is someone able to corral all of us fricks on here to get legitimate advice.
You should heed most of the advice in this thread.

She sounds like a solid girl, but if you’re not really into her, you’re not going to be. I would be honest with her about the way you feel. If it ends, it ends.

Yeah, I think that I've made this clear to her. She is aware of my thoughts on this.

She's VERY sweet, and caring, and does all of the little things that makes a guy happy. She's thoughtful and is truly interested in my happiness. Probably as selfless as a woman can be. Makes me food, packs me food for work, buys me beer that I like. She is trust-worthy

My best bud just got divorced, and I see him doing whatever the hell he wants, whenever he wants, and I'm afraid that seeing this has influenced me in this direction.
Man you could date the 10 of all 10s and this will still happen eventually. We want what we can’t have, and there is always the next younger girl to come along to attract your attention. When you commit to a relationship, it’s a choice. It’s not always a feeling. The feelings come and go and they come back, but it’s always a choice. If you are not ready to make that choice then don’t. But if you are seeking a relationship that will make you always “feel” passionate and in love and “new,” no girl will ever do this for you.

I am seriously impressed at all of the solid, serious advice. And as I prefaced, I really do appreciate it.

Break up with her now before you break her heart worse. You’re not into her.

I'd give it a few more months. Slow burning love is actually way more sustainable than starting out white hot
I'd also say that at a certain age, what you see is what you get. And that goes both ways. The two of you will certainly not check off each box on the other's wishlist

This is my real advice to you:
Get out of your own fricking head. Give this sweet girl a REAL chance. Go all in.
See how you feel in a few months. But give it a real chance and stop thinking about what else is out there.
IF it doesn't work out, at least you gave it every shot you could and you won't really regret it later.

You’re welcome. After you break up with her, send her my way. I’ve been single long enough to miss the relationship life, so what she offers sounds appealing. That way, you can move on and have your fun and I can ensure the transition isn’t painful for her.

The more mature you will want all of these things you describe about her. You just haven't matured yet.
But keep idolizing your divorced buddy...........

This is every relationship, the dog gets tired of the tire once he catches it. doesn’t mean he still doesn’t want to run around and bark at them.

You are wasting her time bro. Save her the trouble, because you don’t sound ready. You’re in the dating stage and already struggling with attraction. If the right hottie gives you attention you’re gone and you already know it....On the other hand, she sounds like good wife material. Loyalty and love is going to matter way more to you someday than the little issues you named.

She sounds fat—you think this is going to get better once she starts popping out little trolls? Get out

An OT 6.5 that can cook, is caring, and fully loyal is > than the mythical 9.5-10 because those girls have every dude telling them they're the greatest thing ever which leads them to have shite personalities 90% of the time.
You're 31 too. Unless you're fricking rolling in dough it's time to let the days of sleeping with everything you can go.

I’ll take her off your hands.

See all the advice on here is pointing you to break up with her is what you should do bc you are being a shite head and fricking it up.
What you should do is embrace your love for her. Settle down, commit to her, appreciate her, and look forward to a lifetime of someone loving you and challenge yourself to love that person back equally. God will embrace you with no souled babies that you get to take to the park so you can flirt innocently with milfs, go home and jerk one out... and keep living what we call life.

I am twice as old as you. Experience tells me you have none. She sounds like one you will regret letting go. Read Armymann’s OP in the GMT..
