If drinking and driving is so dangerous, then I don't see why we don't have this.

Their equipment is shite and can fail just in the Summer heat. So even if you are sober, still can't start your car.

This will pair very nicely with the newly proposed VMT pilot that Congress has approved.
Now you get taxed for gas and get taxed for how many miles you drive!

Why not take it a step further. Require a blood test to start your vehicle to test for opioids, meth, weed, etc.
