I can see cases pop up where you are safely drinking in your own home and an emergency necessitates that you get in your car and leave ASAP…except you can’t

From the comments in thread I can tell there are a lot of drunk drivers. I’m just glad the upcoming generations have the guts to do what it takes to save lives.
