Someone needs to post the footage of BRPD having to let Gary Chambers loose with a summons when they couldn’t get him in a car. Happened when they arrested him at a city council meeting.

aint no way I'm watching a 30 minute video on this shite, but I briefly skipped around and landed on a clip towards the end of an officer saying "sure but you can also be silent too, that'd be a great place to start"
