Death at birth was just passed in blue Massachusetts. Lots of women cheering on the female governor as she signed it.

Something I have learned is that women think suffocating someone is as quick as a carotid choke in the ufc or what they see in the movies

They definitely could have proved intent to kill.

Second degree murder at the very least.

They were clapping like seals and it made me physically nauseous. What’s to stop them from continuing to extend the age at which they can legally kill their offspring?

Probably as part of a plea deal.

Wrong. Just proves the case for legalizing abortion access more than anything.

A miscarriage of justice, IMO.

women on tick tock will blame everything and everyone around her but never specifically say it was her fault. If the dad cheated on her they will think he's guilty and made her do it or some shite.

"I was under stress and couldn't handle the responsibility of raising a baby as a college student so I just killed it."

Still refusing to take full responsibility.

What in the flying frick is wrong with women today. The crazy is absolutely out of fricking control in this country with them.

This is what happens when you indoctrinate women to thinking the baby is a parasite or just a clump of cells.

Feminist language around babies is very dehumanizing.

There are like 20 "safe boxes" at fire stations and police stations in Lexington.

What about this makes you think we are going to see serious attempts at legalizing "post-birth abortions" soon?

Already happening.

Excellent point. I hate to have to analyze this gruesome situation, but what is the cutoff point? Seconds after birth? Five minutes....and so on.

That sounds like she is taking responsibility for killing her child. We need to start handing out birth control and abortion pills like candy, not restricting them. Forcing the mental and financial responsibility of parenthood onto people who aren't ready or willing will never end well.

Nobody is forcing them, they could just not have sex!

Completely true. But also completely useless as a solution. Blame the teen/young adult that becomes a single parent all you want; it's not going to stop their unwanted offspring from shooting you and stealing your car. The only thing that will is making abortion as convenient as possible.

Can't they just drop the baby off at a fire station or put it up for adoption?

She HAD access to legalized abortion. Yet somehow in your mind the fact that she killed her baby post birth validates the case for legal abortion?

Truly next level thinking going on in that brain of yours

I don’t think that. But you can guarantee that there are plenty of women that do and will have no problem using that reasoning.
