probably could not prove premeditation
She had plenty time to consider her options, seems it would be more difficult to prove it wasn’t premeditated.

Don't give Massachusetts any new ideas.
Sickening.
Sickening.

I would ask American feminists this:
Are you strong and independent creatures who are equal to or better than men in every way? If so, why do women like this one and Lindsay Clancy have zero agency over their own actions when it comes to murdering children? Are women that weak?

I would be cool with her getting the needle right now.
But I also wonder how you prove this? I guess her actions afterwards by stuffing the baby in a trash bag show her guilt.
But babies are born dead all the time. She could've just claimed it was born dead. Not sure how they could prove otherwise.

That looks like Tennessee Orange, not Kentucky Blue.
Did they mix up the photo or the story here?

What’s up with these women? To do this goes against every natural biological instinct

We need to start handing out birth control and abortion pills like candy, not restricting them.

She HAD access to legalized abortion. Yet somehow in your mind the fact that she killed her baby post birth validates the case for legal abortion?
Huh.. abortion is illegal in Kentucky and has been since 2022

Abortion is completely banned in Kentucky with a narrow exception only to save the life of the pregnant person or prevent a severe, permanent risk to their physical health. Performing an illegal abortion is a felony for doctors, though state law does not penalize the pregnant patient.

This was forever ago, not sure anybody uses spermicide this century. Knew a friend in health care and a woman came in saying the spermicide did not work. When queried further the woman said she used it all the time. Turns out she was putting it on her cereal in the morning.
TRUE STORY

This dumb broad probably didn’t even know that birth control has a 99% success rate when used right and is completely legal in all 50 states.

Privileged woman faced with the concept that she’s no longer the center of the universe and has responsibilities

this is why we will see serious attempts at legalizing post-birth abortions soon.
Woman aborts a child, it's her "choice."
Someone shoots the woman and kills the "fetus," they can be charged with murder.
So it's "choice" if the mother doesn't want it.
But "murder" if she does.
Make it make sense.
