This is why I work for myself. At home. With no employees.
My main client's in-house counsel is a woman about my age. We say things to each other that would make the author of that manual stroke out. E.g., whenever we deal with an uppity female lawyer, we call her BBD--big black dildo (stems from a plan to have one shipped to one of them).

I have never seen the need to wear Cologne or Perfume at work...Take a freaking bath before work you dirty animal.. I worked with a guy that bathed in Cologne. You could smell him 5+ minutes after he had been in an area.

I don't believe the OP...at all.
I think my company was voted #1 in America in workplace diversity, they've never said a single thing in training or anywhere like the OP talks about.

i don't doubt it, they are trying to get ahead of suits.
I remember when sexual harassment suits were the thing in 1994-1996. Every useless bitch who got hired at chrysler, would realize the job isn't all the fun they thought it was, and file a claim, hoping to get a quick settlement, and they go on their way, or find another department to get an easy gig.
They had over 1000+ suits. Not many companies knew what to do, so their insurance companies were settling quickly .
Now they do their leg work, and fight the suits, when they can. Before, it was a f'in jackpot for broads to get a quick 30-50K.
