Yeah, I'm having a hard time taking the OP at it's word.
I agree that shite is getting pretty ridiculous, but it hasn't nearly reached the level that the OP is suggesting.
No handshakes? No saying "sir" and "ma'am"?
Rules like that would raise a shitstorm in any workplace that's not Vox or Huffington Post.

When will they initiate segregation of gender in the work place? I guarantee you that this will only work for a few weeks until all the women start complaining about the other women for petty shite.
I would like to add that opening a door for a woman is also Taboo now as well. Men will only hire men applicants in greater numbers going forward.

I NEVER talked to the chicks at chrysler back then. I watched a guy, who never said a unkind word to anyone, get accused, got 3 days off w/o pay, and nearly got fired, for a lie.
And when all of the women in his department threatened to walk out, if he was reinstated, claiming the bitch was lying, they did nothing to the chick, not a thing. He never got back pay, nothing. I heard she got 10K, and a position in GSO(janitor, which is for high seniority), and tried to get some one on SH in that department.

One is not allowed to use the term, "yes,no sir" or "yes, no ma'am". Sir or Ma'am should be substituted with someone's title. ie. Yes administrator. Yes mail room clerk.
