1st Person Vid of randomly shooting at houses w/handgun Update: Not NOLA, Texas

The Clown World twitter account, which has 1.6M followers, just posted the video that the Instgram account "Getyourkidsnola" posted.
Its a "youth" with a handgun in a car firing out the passenger window seemingly randomly at houses.
Update: It has been confirmed on the last two pages to be Texas

That doesn’t look like New Orleans.
Those rounded curbs are common in Texas
Eta: 30 DV’s! I didn’t realize we had so many hard core City Landscape geophysicists on here. All I am saying is it doesn’t look like a typical southeast Louisiana neighborhood.
Like someone else mentioned, the tree lines don’t look like Nola either.
If there is an area in Nola that looks like this, please share.
