i'm beating a dead horse itt, but i can't find a single neighborhood in the east that doesn't have sidewalks

I have driven all over this city. If it's anywhere, it's out towards Bullard...I just don't know where that could be out there. However, I don't think it's New Orleans.

The Governor just needs to call in national guard or better blackwater and declare martial law after 10 pm for everywhere but downtown tourist areas and put up machine gun towers every other block and start hunting some mfers.
I wonder what they would do when guards starting putting 50 mm shells all over these mfers. They can use the same shoot first ask questions later bs.

I haven't stopped looking through Google maps and the closest thing I can find are neighborhoods around Marrero. And I really don't think that's it. I'm leaning towards not Nola.

Nobody is parked on the street, dat ain't NOLA. EVERY residential street in NOLA has cars parked on the street.

Curbs are incorrect per zillow listings. Also looks like concrete streets in there whereas the video is asphalt. Looks like J-load or rear garages.
