I didn't know that's a current poster. I lived in NOLA back when midnight basketball was going to save the world. Well, damn, I had NO F.. IDEA they were still pushing that dead horse around the playground. (Or maybe inside the gymnasium nowadays.
Ms. Brewer has been with NOPD long enough that she got an auto promotion to Sgt. a couple of years ago, so she must know how to talk the talk.

Can you imagine working your whole life, paying bills, buying a house, etc. And in an instant, your life is taken away from you by some worthless piece of shite doing something like that?

Agreed, parts of it at least.
The system in cities like Nola, BR is setup to be more concerned with protecting that guy than the peoples' houses he's shooting up.

I can't find anything in Da East or Algiers with houses that look like that and straight cut curbs. English Turn has them, but I'm pretty certain it's not there based on the houses.
ETA, plus no sidewalks. I think every residential street in Orleans has sidewalks.
