Those houses look Lakeview-ish. I’d guess it’s either LV or around that area / lakefront neighborhood. Could also be the East.. either way it’s insane.

I don't think this is in New Orleans. The houses do not look like anything you would see around here. The only place this could be, judging by the architecture, is in the East or Algiers. But it can't be the East, for the street in the vid is asphalt (and appears very smooth) whereas all streets in the East are segmented concrete.
I also highly doubt it is Algiers. Every street in Algiers has beveled curbs. This video has straight curbs.

He probably got this gun from the gun show loophole. Need to slow down and also see if potentially this is one of those scary “ghost guns” as well.

The Instagram account that posted this claims that they confirmed it was in New Orleans. No details of where exactly or how they confirmed it, but that's what they claim.
