Exactly, it’s why they should leave it how it is w updates to keep in intact. I wouldn’t make any changes to the aesthetics like layout, ramps, field colors…

Absolutely, the Dome can be renovated and tweaked much like Lambeau and given history with Super Bowls etc, stand in much the same light as a historic venue in the league. I don't want to see us play anywhere else.

Why would you go open air?

It would be a crime if Buffalo went with an enclosed dome. The weather is what makes Buffalo Buffalo

But it is in a great location for hosting big events

This is precisely why New Orleans easily attracts big events. Hotels and dining all within walking distance & airport is not far away- you don't find that in other cities.

Serious question: could we build another stadium in the city? Where would you put it?

At one point wasn’t a potential site over by Tchoupitoulas and Henderson by Mardi Gras World? Former Worlds Fair site.

Only other place would be from Canal Place to Jax Brewery. But good lord where would you put parking and infrastructure?

Infrastructure to get to the stadium is almost zilch in any area you could build a stadium in an interesting spot. Otherwise, its going out in the East somewhere

All iconic and legendary venues. No sponsor needed, sports fans know what all of these are same as Wrigley

I think it's really funny when someone says no sponsors needed about a stadium and then mentions Wrigley Field which is named after a multi billion dollar gum company.

I don't think we getting a new stadium until a new owner is in place.

It’s not named after his gum company, it was just named after his last name. William Wrigley just liked to name everything with his last name. Much like the second Wrigley Field that was in Los Angeles

Da Bears purchased the site of the old Arlington Heights racecourse, purportedly as a precursor to building a new stadium there outside of the political hellhole that is sweet home, Chicago.

So Green Bay & KC & the Superdome...

After it opens, the Superdome will be the 4th oldest, behind only Soldier Field, Lambeau, and Arrowhead.

In other words, the most iconic and historic stadiums in the nfl.
I’d rather be on that list than the other new stadium list

It's a crime that Soldier Field is being replaced with a cookie cutter Megadome in the burbs

The Saints can keep dreaming for a new stadium. It's NEVER going to happen.

The dome has gotten a ton of renovations over the years. We ain’t getting a new venue anytime soon nor can the state afford one. Though I think the dome is fine the way it is. Despite being 50 years old It still looks fairly modern.

If they would just get rid of the multicolored seats.
