But apparently Rattler went 11/12 in the 7v7 drills and looked good. Way better than Mond(This isn’t hard to do).

If he learns how to control his attitude and takes in the coaching he will beat out Carr by year two.
He can move a team when he is on.

By literally all accounts he did this at SC. If you watch the film, their lack of success was not on him. Their OL is a disaster. IMO he's matured. Probably still has room to grow, but I expect he will take the coaching well

Sick of the attitude comments already. The kid has grown up considerably since transferring to SC. He had zero offensive line, mid receivers and no chance to win a NC but never once complained or threw his teammates under the bus. He has matured into a leader and will thrive here with NFL receivers and a halfway decent offensive line. He is a highly skilled QB with a fricking cannon for an arm.

Man you know we’re down when this board is hyping up a 5th round qb as the savior of the franchise. If he is a fraction as good as half the board thinks he will be he will be a bigger steal than Brady given modern analytics and scouting

But he did have a first round pick at receiver. A kid I believe will be an absolute stud in the nfl. I wish we could have drafted both of them

Scouts miss all the time, especially at the quarterback position. The number one qb in total qbr last year was mr irrelevant. Rattler was the number one qb coming out of high school. It’s not like he’s a nobody.

sc might've had the worst oline in the sec. he did a great job considering the competition he faced. he had good wrs while he was there, but pretty much ran for his life the whole time. i think it will serve him well in the league.
