I love Burrow and would love it if he was a Saint but it just doesn’t make sense for where this team is in its rebuild. His contract is huge and we have an even worse supporting cast than Cincy.

If things were different I would support it 100%.

Instead I’m hoping he lands somewhere that lets him succeed.

Power conference teams should only play other power teams.

That would gut athletic programs for FCS and G4 teams across the country that rely on playing P4 schools for money. I think it makes sense to have a 2 week preseason where schools can continue to play ONLY those FCS and G5 teams to "warm up" for the year and get those athletic budgets funded with TV Money

Nope, completely agree

My only beef really is that we're bothering to entertain this G5 thing. I think they should just split the P4 into it's own division.

But the way Bama, ND and Miami got placed is correct.

Realistically the P4 should just become it's own division

64 team division

4 16 team conferences

Rotating 8 game conference / 2 game out of conference schedule

Weeks 1-2 everyone plays a G4 or FCS teams ONLY as a "preseason"

Done & done

They don't have to join a conference but they should be scheduling tougher games

If their schedule was flipped and those 2 tough games were at the end of their schedule, they wouldn't even be ranked today. They benefited from losing 2 tough games early and then playing 10 straight creampuffs
