Yeah, I know this could be viewed as no shite news. But I’m just posting it lol. Also not sure how plugged in Campbell is as far as Saints news goes.

In speaking with team sources, a few prospects stand out at this time. The Saints love Ohio State safety Caleb Downs, and they also really like Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love.

I’m more than fine with Delane. Dude is a stud.

Nick Underhill has mentioned Lemon a few times recently also.
Just watched highlights of Love again. The dude is special. I really don’t get how anyone could be mad at adding a talent like him next to Shough.

Give it up my guy.
I thought it was said that we actually had talks with the Rams about moving down if Bowers was there? Which is crazy lol.

Bowers was one of the safest prospects to come out in a while for me. Never saw a reason why he wouldn’t be an elite player.

I watched his highlights and I didn’t see anything impressive

Exactly what highlights were you watching then??
Patriots offense is just outmatched
I mean, I’m not losing sleep over trading Jose. The issue is, there are guys ahead of him that should be traded for assets. Herb’s value can only go down. Trey too. Zion? I’d trade him for literally anything at this point.
Murray has to come back if we don’t trade him. Nobody wants him. He’s a distressed asset. The best bet is for him to come back, play, and show that he’s healthy. Have to rebuild his value.

No it doesn’t. It’s clearly a playoff team with a bunch of “untouchable” guys.
Won’t happen bruh. He is what he is. Anybody who still thinks we should keep him and build around him is insane.
Yeah. But I doubt anything comes of it. Right now at least.

re: Jeremiyah Love vs top NFL RBs

We’ve been saying for years now that we just need elite, blue chip talent. Love is that.
We can actually afford to spend some money this year. Long as we don’t get too reckless, we 100% can and should bring in some key starters and depth pieces.
I’m not the one making the decisions my guy
Thought this was an interesting nugget

quote:

There is a lot of excitement around Tyler Shough," Jeremiah said during a Friday appearance on the Rich Eisen Show (3:00 mark). "Listening to folks down here as well, talking to some guys around that organization and in that organization, there's an excitement there and they want to give him some more toys to play with. That's the best toy in the draft, in my opinion, in Jeremiyah Love."

I know some people are against RB that early but there’s a lot of early smoke around Love and the Saints.
