He should start every day with an hour of yoga. Really the whole team should.

I originally said March 21 against the Spurs and received several downvotes at the time.

That is a long time for that type of injury.

This guy is either hurt and/or overweight for the majority of his Pels career. How does this keep happening?!?!

It's not just the hamstring. It's the foot, the knee, the ankle, the hip, the hamstring now. It puts incredible strain on the entire lower body.

I am starting to doubt if Zion will ever be truly healthy.

Just play him. What’s the worst that will happen? He already gets hurt no matter what.

Unbelievable.

This probably explains why Zion wasnt on the bench with the team earlier this week.

The number one ability is availability.

Reinjury of this type of injury sat at 81% - this sucks but it’s a reality in the NBA

Someone pointed out in that SLAM magazine video how Zion and BI were making fun of CJ for his extreme stretching routines

Wow. I've had two back surgeries and have re-injured it numerous times over the years, so I've done a arse ton of PT. It's pretty much the same thing every time, no matter where you go. Core strength and hamstring stretches.

It's pretty easy to hate stretching. It's boring as crap. But any pro athlete should be stretching like crazy. I would imagine someone like LeBron does serious stretching or yoga, because he wants to take care of his body. It's being very proactive for being preventative of injuries. Obviously CJ realizes that.

So it's not surprising to me that BI and Zion laugh at someone for stretching. But you would think the training staff would MAKE them be extreme with their stretching. Most people don't want to, that's where a trainer or physical therapist comes into play.

Ugh. I'm miserable.

1. cj is a mature balanced adult.
2. zion is adolescent.
3. apparently ingram is adolescent too.

this story of laughing at adult behavior is a horror.

Big mistake doing a quick check of this board.

At this point, there is no reason to think he'll play again this season.

If Zion misses 4 months for a pulled hamstring, this training staff definitely has to be fired. A broken bone is a completely different issue than a soft tissue injury. It's unacceptable for Zion to miss the amount of time he's missed already.
