LeBron says he still wants to win championships: "I don't wanna finish my career playing at this level from a team aspect. I still want to compete for championships. I know what I can bring to any ball club with the right pieces."

Isn't he not eligible for a trade this year because of the extension?

Wow. The AD trade/Lakers saga is the gift that keeps on giving.

Yeah, it would have to be this offseason.

He handpicked this team how many times does he get to fail as a GM and ruin franchises before he realizes he’s the problem?

And, he is trying to force his way into ownership of a future Vegas team. I hope the league doesn't allow that to happen.

His net worth is barely over a billion, so he damn sure doesn’t have the liquidity to pay for a franchise fee - especially with Phoenix just going for over 4 billion.

No doubt he’d be able to get a group together, but there’s no way I’m giving that clown 9-10 digits of money to help run a basketball team.

The guy that bought the Suns does not have a net worth of 4B. I don't know if he has a group. But most people would finance a franchise purchase..

At this point the best thing Lebron can do for his long term health and to better his chances of winning another championship is to sit out the rest of the season and ensure he is healthy and rested for next season.

This is just my thoughts as an unbiased fan.

The narrative being spun on Lakers socials is that the team is screwing/wasting Lebron's twilight years with this supporting cast.. its all management's fault, along with Westbrook

If you bring up the fact that this is the team Lebron asked for, they say "well then management should have had more backbone!"

Lebron, crying like a little girl again. Why anyone would ever make the comparison between MJ and Lebron, I have no idea. Being great is much more than playing ability alone.

This is hilarious. The dude trades all of their talent to get a bunch of aging divas then he wants to blame management? He did it. Do they even have any assets left?
