I'd trade all 3 of our big contracts. I wouldn't even stress what we got back in return. I'm all in on watching our young player develop.
I'd rather watch a projected 25 win team overachieve and win 35 games, than a projected 50 win team struggle and win 40. It's a better story to me..

He's so rich I don't even think money would be a big motivation for him anymore. Even if he doesn't do anything else from this day on, he would have earned anywhere from 350-400 million dollars in NBA salary, endorsements, and shoe deals.
His motivation has to be to leave a legacy in the nba record books and winning championships. If his motivation isn't being one of the 25 best players in the history of the league, he's never going to reach his potential.
