Wow. Lets trade Jose for some peanuts. Great idea! Dumars is a plant by the NBA to get the Pels out of New Orleans. Thank you Jose, your energy will be sorely missed.

It's fair to say that Jose is more valuable to the city than the picks they got. But as a player in the NBA, his value isn't going to be much higher than that.

Have you seen the 2nds the Knicks have?
You’re not moving any contracts with those, they will likely be pick 50 or lower. They have trash seconds, the only good ones would be the Washington ones whenever that 1st doesn’t convey

He’s not going to re-sign with us after that because no Pelicans/Hornets draft pick has ever signed a second extension with us.

Jose isn’t putting you over the top but I’m going to miss his grit. He was the only non pussy we have. It certainly going to make the games less enjoyable to watch.

I know he’s a fan favorite, but if there’s melting over Jose Alvarado then how are you going to stomach a full rebuild?
If the organization does what needs to be done and collects as many assets as possible, eventually you’ll have a winning team that’s hopefully in contention for a title and you’ll forget about the fringe players that were traded.

The trade itself is bad
Pending the right trade, i could care less about keeping literally any player on this roster.
