Now that the whole wasting the players’ time with a post season appearance is out of the way, it is time to focus on what this team was meant to do and give the fans hope for a lotto pick.

Who you got the Pels picking with the 14th pick? Game changer that is going to make them a top 3 Team in the West.

unless we draft Jesus Christ himself, it REALLY don't matter... we have 2 pussy arse "star" players that will miss a shite ton of time, a 3rd "star" who is over the hill and quite ineffective at this point in his career, a starting C who can't defend to save his life, and another "starter" who wouldn't be a starter for about 20 of the other teams in the league...

ain't no back end of the lottery rookie coming in and saving this team

If OKC loses against Minny, do they still get to pick before us, even though they just beat us?

Probably trade it but probably need an athletic big if we lose Jax. Maybe Lively

Lets just say, we get 14:

Noah Clowney - PF (Alabama)
- Potential to be a 2-way PF who can space the floor. Solid shooting stroke, needs to be refined. But we're talking a 2-3 year project that is already solid defensively.

Derek Lively, C (Duke)
- Absolutely atrocious offensively. he is legitimately a putback king and that is it.
- Would arguably be the best shot blocking big man in the draft with solid defensive foundation. You'd hope he develops some resemblance of offense to become a 20+mpg player.

James Nnaji, C (Nigeria)
- can he even be drafted?

Keegan Murray, SF
- You wonder if he can be as good as his twin brother.

To be fair, he doesn't need a rework, but moreso putting in the reps in practice.

Yes. Play in results don’t matter in ranking the remaining teams for draft. It goes by regular season record.

Think his name is Kris Murray, but I’ve watched him a few times and he seems to be store brand Keegan. He definitely can’t shoot as well from what I have seen.

Almost tempted to just take the 14th pick or whatever pick we get and package it with Zion to get the best return package possible. Not a lot of plus shooters in this draft from what I can see. Let someone else take the gamble on the pick and on Zion imo.

I'd be ok with that if he could package Zion with it and get a player or two, hell anyone that could play a 70+ games season.

I know people don't want another project big, but how about a mobile 7 footer that's already got an NBA body but is just 18? Givony says he's projected in the first round, maybe we can trade down from 14 to get a shooter and draft a big.

NEWS: James Nnaji, a projected first round pick, has declared for the NBA draft, his agents Gerard Raventos and Deirunas Visockas told ESPN. Scouts consider Nnaji perhaps the most physically gifted player in the draft at 6'11 with a 7'5 wingspan.
