Tarantino as the Aussie in Django.

Jack Black in Tropic Thunder.

Both stick out like a sore thumb in movies with otherwise fine acting.

Nobody has seen this movie, so its really just a shot at the films Christian content

More interesting list would be great movies where one actor almost drags it down.

Ryan O'Neal in Tough Guys Don't Dance was positively cringe-worthy

I think Wiley pulled off an incoming Freshman-type character quite well. Grab a 14 year old and mix him in with some random seniors and it’s going to be cringe-worthy. Probably not intentional on the actors part, though.

I’d rather have that then the current trend of having 14 year olds in movies/shows act like adults with fully formed world views (that usually match the film-makers politics) and a complete comfort around adult environments.

Jack Lemmon, a great actor in his heyday, was completely miscast and mailed it in as Marcellus in Hamlet (1996).

No Edward Furlong in T2: Judgement Day? List is shite...

He almost single handedly ruined the best action movie of my childhood.

I have to agree here. I used to give my wife a really hard time for any Elvis movie because of his horrible acting. Then the inevitable happened. I am a huge Roy Orbison fan, music that is. He only made one movie and that was too many.
The Fastest Guitar in the West. Actually worse than the title suggests. Only a hand few musicians make good actors. Dwight Yoakam and Harry Connick Jr. come to mind. IMO musicians are better off sticking with who brung them to the dance!

That entire movie is so cringeworthy.

Sure, a floating museum can be up and running with a full compliment of weapons in just a few hours.

I watch Battleship as a comedy. It is much better that way.
