Rock of Ages

This movie had the largest gap of “I never really want to see it because it looks historically stupid bad.” to “man, that was surprisingly not suckish at all, I really enjoyed it.” of any movie I can remember.

I watch rock of ages all the time. Never thought I would like it and now I watch it all the time.

My first time setting the movie in theaters I didn't realize that was Tom Cruise until he does the dance to Ludicrus at the end.

“And who here is the key grip?…. You?… YOU!…. I want you to hit that director in the face, really frickin’ hard!”

I don’t know his lifestyle or pay attention to it. Always have liked Tom in all his movies.
Sorry Arnold, Tom is truly the Last Action Hero.

Early Tom is best Tom. But he's had some great performances later in his career with Les Grossman being one of the best.

Les Grossman is legendary now because he is hilarious in an unexpected small part. We do not need more Les grossman to ruin Les Grossman.

Tropic Thunder belongs in the National Film Registry of the Library of Congress for being "culturally, historically or aesthetically significant.”

Honestly like someone else previously mentioned when I first watched the movie years ago I didn't hear or know much about it. I had no clue that was Cruise until the very end. Guess I wasn't paying close enough attention but at the time that part just seemed beneath what I thought he may do. Ultimately it made me appreciate his work even more, and the fact he nailed that part while having fun with some funny guys was awesome. Great Movie

Do they not remember him singing You've Lost That Loving Feeling in Top gun? It was pretty bad.

Tom was a decent singer in Rock of Ages.

No way that gets made now sadly since everything is so PC and lame

Jamie Foxx and RDJ both talked about Tropic Thunder on Rogan. Foxx did a perfect RDJ impression. RDJ was scared about blackface backlash at the time, but Ben Stiller was the one that got all the hate for playing Simple Jack.

That movie is a national treasure as one of the last bastions of racial humor, which is the best humor.
