Well, just out here to say I'm going to miss the BB/BCS world. It's been a great run. Hoping there will a BCS collectors edition available to complete the set.

Very true… I mean, they have all aged significantly the past 10 years since end of show. Can’t really start a spin-off with others unless they focus on Lalo, which I would be down for. He was prob best part of BCS.

Dude killed it in BCS and Hawkeye. I would love to see a Jack spinoff of Hawkeye or Lalo spinoff of BCS.

His first advice to Walt & Jesse is to kill Badger

“Why don’t you just kill badger? I mean follow me guys a mosquito is bothering you, you don’t go kill the mosquito’s attorney”

Not to mention he advised Walt6 to send Hank to Belize, and to give Jessie the Old Yeller treatment.

Killing someone is not a line Saul wouldn't cross

Don't forget the "chow line" comment either. Diamond Dog must not have seen Breaking Bad yet. It was Saul who had Mike check Walt out, so he could go find Walt at the high school and talk him into a partnership - after he knew how crazy Walt was. He wanted to be consigliere because he knew there was money in meth. Mike advised him against it, and he went ahead anyway out of greed.

Even as Jimmy, he had no problem tampering with documents, using cons to set his brother up in court, going completely psycho on Howard, etc.... Gilligan and Gould haven't written a bunch of moral dilemmas with tragic characters, they just write bad guys really well.

Carol Burnett’s character is Kim’s mom. As a former con artist, that’s how she picked up on what Gene was up to.

So an experienced con-woman who incorporates her daughter unknowingly into her cons would have a problem with her son committing petty crimes? This master criminal would be living modestly in Omaha and doesn't own a computer or know how to get on the internet without her dipshit son showing her? Makes zero sense. Saul will end up in prison being a jailhouse lawyer and conman but this time it's for cigs and keeping his arse from getting shanked. He runs into a former client who he conned. People are invested in this show and will not accept that Vince missed the mark here. Nice story, nice show; it is not BB or anywhere close to it.

What's your prediction on what happens?

Does Saul get away? Gets busted? Dies?

I can't believe the ride ends tonight :/

It's been over a decade that I've had a new episode of either BB or BCS to watch and after tonight that will be no longer. Kinda weird to think about

Yeah, that sucks. Such a great world that was created.

I finally got to watch last week episode last night, I actually really enjoyed it. Looking forward to tonight.

I’m guessing jail. Some type of closure with Kim that’s more meaningful than what happened in connection with signing the divorce papers.

But I don’t see how they’d let him have a happy ending at this point.

I don't think we'll see Kim again. I don't know for sure, but I think they'll leave her fate dangling.

I think Saul gets away ... again.

jail seems liek it'd be fitting. How many reasonable outcomes are there?

-jail
-dead
-livign free in either ABQ or omaha
-living free but on the run in a different location
-confesses to authorities and now in witness protection

is there anything else that could possibly happne? Of those, living normally in ABQ/omaha seems impossible. Death doesn't seem like a fitting end for saul like it did for a different main character in this universe (trying to avoid spoilers I guess). Him still being free but on the run would be unfulfilling and that doesn't necessarily seem like something these wrtiers would do. He pretty much has to get caught I would think? I think a fitting end would be witness protection since it'd basically be like reliving his Gene life but with a new name/persona/location doomed to live taht boring non-saiul life forever.

The BCS Facebook page said the other day that we haven't seen the last of Kim (this was after last Monday's episode). Take it fwiw.

I felt the cartel portion of the show was superior to BB. I had trouble buying into Walt and his faux badass persona while characters like Lalo and Nacho were very believable.

I agree the rest of it was not as compelling.
