"NCIS" clearly lost its fastball when Special Agent Gibbs' (Mark Harmon) character left the show.

MASH after Trapper John

It was MASH after Frank Burns left. Trapper was much better than BJ but the way Potter would rip on Frank was great.

The Office rebounded a bit in its final season. So while not as good post carrell, still good.

That 70s show became unwatchable when they tried inserting seth Meyers even shittier brother as the new lead

The Witcher. Admittedly, the showrunner had already ruined it before Cavil left, but now the show is just an afterthought.

When Reno 911 cut most of their regulars.

Spartacus was never quite the same after the main actor passed away.

MASH was one of tGOAT sitcoms its 1st 3 yrs, and went downhill rapidly afterward. BJ and Potter were no Trapper & Henry

But...

IMHO Winchester was a more interesting character than Frank. He was the one good change the show made.

Frank could be very funny, but he was pretty much Hawkeye's punching bag, Winchester could give as good as he got, and was a better foil for Hawkeye

Agree on Bernard Fife. It is the GOAT with him and just another sitcom after he left imo. The entire vibe of the show changed.

NYPD Blue was the first show to show a naked butt on OTA TV.

Meh, Parker is OK. Abby is the biggest loss for them

I hate to say 8 Simple Rules, but man, it wasn’t close to the same show after Ritter died.

This was the first one to come to mind for me as well

Parks and Rec - Mark.

I get crap on here a lot for my take, but I actually liked Mark. I think anyone that has worked in office type setting has dealt with a Mark. Underachiever, sarcastic, just wants to work, go home drink a few beers, tries to do the right thing.

Mark made me laugh.

When the guy congratulates him on getting that speed bump lowered by an inch. "I can literally measure my success by an inch" haha
