Three movies in all. Creepy premise.

Event Horizon was also creepy AF. There are a lot of good suggestions in here, but those two stand out for me.

One of the biggest pieces of shite ever made... And I like pretentious, self-important films sometimes. But Tarkovsky's Solaris may be the biggest piece of shot of them all.

Tarkovsky's would have been just as happy just filming a dude at his cabin for 3 hrs. Great cinematographer... Terrible storyteller. Perhaps the most pretentious ever.

Watch it free here: LINK

Nobody even gives a shite enough to take it down. It's basically a high school production with really great camera work.

I only recommended the first because I haven’t seen Cube Zero and I only watched the second one once and it was OK.

Creepy ultra low budget film which does a lot with what it has to work with.

Is "The Final Countdown" the movie when guys are like melted into the deck of the ship? I may be thinking of "The Manhattan Project."

Can't remember.

I like Dark City. I feel like The Matrix ripped it off a little.

Is Beastmaster sci-fi?

I am evidently so in the minority with this but I would never have classified The Prestige as sch-fi....still a great fcking movie though.
