I've seen it so many times I can make it past this part without shedding a tear, but the survivors putting the stones on Schindler's grave still gets me every time.

Toy Story 3 came out just as our oldest was about to go off to college. Wife (no pics) and I were a total mess in the theater.

Seabiscuit. Several touching scenes in the movie but one that stands out is when Jeff Bridges, Toby Maguire and Chris Cooper are sitting around eating dinner and narrator David Macollough says they are all broken men, taking care of a broken horse and how their dependence on each other leads to their healing.

The end of the True Grit remake when she goes back to find Rooster and moves him to her family cemetery. He had died just before she got there. Love the part where she says “keep your seat, trash” to the man who doesn’t stand for her also.

The end scene when the father kills Magua in decisive and brutal fashion in Last of the Mohicans. The music is 50% of the emotion of that scene. The buildup to it is fantastic.

End credits of sniper. The music and real funeral footage. Powerful.

Cemetery scene of Private Ryan when he is remembering all the men.

First time I saw Rudy get his acceptance letter. Despite it being a Notre Dame movie, I get it and it hit the feels.

This movie fricked me up so bad that I’ve only ever seen it once. I was so moved and distraught by the entire thing that I didn’t even cry. Was just stunned silent and couldn’t sleep that night after watching it.

Just one of those movies I can’t rewatch and never will. This term gets tossed around too much but Schindler’s List IS just absolutely gut wretching. How Spielberg made it through directing that as a Jew…he must have broken down a few times

Not in a good way but at the end of Spotlight where they go screen after screen showing the thousands of Catholic Priests raped boys/kids. Absolutely sickening and heart breaking. They’d just move them to another parish and let them continue to rape kids.
