The last ten minutes or so of About Time. And that one hits me the hardest. And that was before I had a son. I haven’t had the balls to watch it since that happened

My wife and I watched this a few months ago thinking it was just a silly romcom. Right in the feels

The empathetic side:

My wife and I saw The Shack in theaters, and when Jesus started prepping the little girls casket and was praying in Hebrew, I kinda choked up a bit.

The nerdy side:

When Egon’s ghost showed up in Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

I get a little teary when Doc has his last lines with Marty at the end of BthF 3. About how your future isn't set yet. When Terminator killed himself in T2, probably because I never had a dad.

“Tell me I’m a good man. Tell me I’ve led a good life. “

What Dreams May Come. The eulogy scene. First time I watched it Robin Williams had just died and my son was a toddler.

The bedside scene at the hospital in the descendants between Matt and Elizabeth. The anger and compassion combined in that scene is very powerful.

“Mary! Mary of Magdala!”
