VA voter registration does not include party affiliation, so not sure you can definitively say more Republicans voted. But as someone else pointed out, most densely populated areas skew heavily blue in VA (as in many parts of US). ...

First of all, the Nats didn't boo him, the fans did. Second, most fans at Nats games probably don't live in DC, but VA and MD. That said, it probably did play well to his base. Say what you will about him, he plays political jujitsu with the best of them....

Sure there are bad teachers, just like any other profession. But anyone who says most teachers are overpaid doesn't know anything about teaching. At any level, one of the toughest, most underappreciated jobs out there....
