No kidding.

Btw, all videos in the OP are updated with working links now.

Link in second post is not updated though, because it doesn't seem like the entire tournament is on youtube anymore.

Ali is the real villain of this movie

Hands down

She plays Johnny then pits the new boy against him manipulating them into a cage fight then tossing Daniel aside for a jock THEN tosses the jock aside in med school when she marries a doctor. Odds she actually finished med school? ZERO. Ole Girl just used daddy’s connections to get in so she could marry up and post her fake highlight reel of a life on Facebook further rubbing it in that Johnny and Daniel were mere stepping stones for boosting her self-confidence

Then there's a problem with KK3 because the tournament is called the "All Valley under 18 Karate Championship," and Daniel would clearly be over 18 a year later.

In youth sports competitions the U-# normally refers to being under that age at the start of the year. Basically, they go by birth years. So a U16 competition in 2018 would be for all people born in/after 2002, a U18 competition for all those born in/after 2000, etc. You could be over 18 and compete in a U18 event if you turn 19 during the season.

Check him out as accused murderer Shu Kai Kim in "True Believer" starring James Woods, a young Robert Downey Jr., and Kurtwood Smith.

But seriously...I mean, an actual, real doctor said Daniel shouldn't fight anymore and was injured, but frick that cuz he's just a doctor and what do they know, right?

It was set in the 80s, shite like this and a bunch of other crap you said didnt matter. People weren't complete homophobes, you could beat children, give them alcohol, drive without a license. You'd get a concussion in sports and just be thrown right back out there.

Different time.

One thing that has bothered me all these years....When Danielsan rally hates his bike and throws it in the trash can, it is apparent that the rear wheel was badly warped after Danielsan was "pushed" down the hill by the Cobra-Kai.

I am guessing that, since his mom is returning from work, it is about 6PM or so, and Miyagi fixed Danielsans's bike by the next day.

How? How did Miyagi fix a warped bike wheel. He didn't have such specialty equipment in his basement apartment. The job duties a "fix-it" man would not require such specific equipment. All of the bike stores were closed, so it's not like he bough Danielsan a new wheel because those were specialty BMX rims (probably Diamondback rims).

Thoughts?

It was a 24" Supergoose Cruiser. They had Araya aluminum rims...depending how out of true they were, you can straighten them by adjusting spoke tension. You need to have a way to support the wheel by the hub and measure how far it is out of true. If he can cut a bonzi tree...he can true an aluminum bicycle wheel.

Plus...living in California in the 80's...there were probably hundreds of BMX shops that sold Araya rims. In theory...you could get a new rim in pretty short order.
