I'm thinking Disney plus. And I'm guessing the 18 episodes are 3 seasons of 6 episodes. I don't think they're trying to do 18 all at one time.

Disney continuing Punisher in the same vein as Netflix (which was in line with the comics and great) is impossible to imagine, especially with another upsurge in anti-gun rhetoric on the left.
Disney will screw it up just like they'll screw Daredevil up or I will be very surprised.

Daredevil didn't wear the suit until the last episode of season 1 and Frank wore the skull vest for about 5 minutes of screen time over 3 seasons on Daredevil and his own show. Netflix wasn't exactly innocent of that either.

I think they'll merge Hulu into D+ w/in 5 years so it doesn't really matter which streamer it goes to.
