There's some folks that, when accused of doing something skeevy, it just seems like the accusations illicit a "Yeah, I could see that" reaction.

Leto and Brand are two dudes who I just assumed plowed through a share of women that were willing and unwilling due to the cult of personality. For the most part, the unwilling were just working off of drugs, alcohol, and bad choices.
Leto seems to be the same psycho he was years ago.
Brand seems to have had a genuine change of heart. Not that I think he shouldn't be held accountable for his actions, but I'm willing to bet that the accusers of both were willing to accept their bad behavior because they were with a star and then had regret.
this is not to say that if there's a legit sexual assault in there, it shouldn't be prosecuted to the fullest extent; it should. I'm just more of the mind that women let them do inappropriate things and were willing to let it slide because they were with a star than they would have with Jim from Accounting and now have regret.
e.g. you go on a nice date with Jim from accounting and after a while you decide to have sex. after Jim says, you mind if i pee on you? OMG what a disgusting pervert.
You catch Tom Brady's eye and get whisked away for a night of drinking and fornication and afterwards he says he wants to pee on you. Most ladies (whether they admit it or not) would be way more OK with Tom's actions, because it's Tom Brady. Disgusting in both instances, of course.

Pulled it out and "made an 18 year old touch it". That could be a sexual assault charge, but very minor for it to be news or lawsuit worthy.
