This movie should hang in the Louvre.

Not the funniest I've seen, but I love "Role Models" and think it's severely underrated.

Newly released to pay-per-view 40 Year Old Virgin as an 8th grader was the hardest I’ve ever laughed at a movie

I will go with a few that actually made me laugh to the point of tears:

Young Frankenstein
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
A Fish Called Wanda

and the hardest I've ever laughed during a movie...

Noises Off - The entire "3rd Act" was an ab workout.

ETA:

Honorable mention to both Grumpy Old Men movies for the outtakes during the credits.

Special mention for The Heat - A movie I didn't think I'd like but found genuinely hilarious.

Blazing Saddles an afternoon showing theater about a third filled. Laughter was so loud that we stayed and watched a repeat to catch more of the jokes. We laughed just as hard the second time.

Easy answer for me. Dumb and Dumber hit me at the right age, absolutely killed me then and it has aged well. You would be hard pressed to watch any 10 minute segment and not laugh. It’s also one of the most quotable movies: “so your telling me there’s a chance”; “big gulps huh alright yelp see ya later”; “we landed on the moon”; “pretty bird”; “pretty bird”; “samsonite”; “nice hooters”; “that John Denver is full of sh*t”; and the list is endless

Not saying it’s the funniest but Good Boys is on Netflix till the end of February. If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend.

I won’t say it is funniest I’ve ever seen but I cried laughing at the Producers last weekend. Hadn’t seen it in forever. Hilarious.

Some great ones mentioned. Here’s a few I didn’t see.

Bill Murray
Quick Change
What about Bob
Groundhog Day
Stripes

Steve Martin
Dead Men Don’t Wear Plaid
The Man with Two Brains

But,… There’s Something About Mary is my favorite.

I never tire of Galaxy Quest. One of my all-time favorites. Spaceballs and Strange Brew are a couple classics too.
