Not surprised you didn’t know much about Cape May but it is a gorgeous little ocean town. Big bucks there.
Yea. Stowe might be a tough place to find a bar that carries all the games.
You have truly never really spent much time in Phoenix.
Swing and a miss.
Thanks. I traveled 30 plus years for work. Finding places to eat and drink are easy.
We always plan on watching NFL on Sunday so we need a place to do that. Wife (no pics) and I are only couple into college football. Luckily easy weekend for the Tigers.
I see at least 6 times a day. But then again, Maryland is extremely diverse and people here are freaks. Lol

September trip to Stowe, Vt. Suggestions

Going to Stowe middle of September. 3 couples early 60’s.
Looking for things to do besides eat and drink. Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
No, I live outside of Baltimore but have family in Richmond.
Aside from Northern Va. Virginias overall politics doesn’t rival democrat dominated Maryland.
The further west you go in Virginia the better the overall quality of living.
I95 from Baltimore to Richmond is an utter nightmare.
I live here and have traveled everywhere.

Hey guys. Thanks for all the input. In some of the places mentioned including Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw and Gdansk (only Poland for now) are there any food recommendations? The places the locals eat? Thanks again

Thanks. We are our early 60’s but all in decent shape to walk and see sights.
In a nutshell, we like good/great scenery, historical sights, eating and drinking. By eating I don’t mean 5 star. Prefer good pubs with local food and beer.

Ideas for Poland

Planning on starting a 21 day trip, next spring, starting in Warsaw. Two couples, no kids.
Hoping for ideas, not only in Warsaw, but the rest of Poland and surrounding countries. Open to trains.
This will only be first half of trip. TIA
The old people may not like us but the younger people love us.
I live in Maryland and I have definitely noticed it. And I’m 65.
Put out a winning program and we will make that back after a couple of games.
Pay to play
This made my day.
One of life’s ‘Big’ victories.

This was the only post that actually got my attention.
We need more of stuff like this. Somebody doesn’t take himself too seriously and I hope it pays off.
Drove to NO with a buddy. Our seats were ALL the way up and we looked at the floor and people looked like ants. Got in my car and drove back to BR and watched the game on TV.
Not sure why we didn’t just find a local bar to watch and not drive all the way back to BR.
