Blazing saddles is my go to.

When I first watched it in my teens, The Longest Yard. That one had me rolling.

on a pure laugh per line, the Other Guys.

there's very little wasted dialogue that doesn't land.

but on the list

Blazing Saddles
Monty Python
Tropic Thunder
Tommy Boy
Naked Gun

honorable mention to Rat Race and Out Cold. Not amazing movies or anywhere near the top of the pedestal but good laughs to be had.

If you say that Blazing Saddles and Monty Python and the Holy Grail are not funny, you'll get a ton of butthurt people on here.

i can understand people not liking Monty Python because that is a very english comedy.

Not thinking Blazing Saddles is funny is a completely foreign concept.

This one is top 10 for me. When the frank got below the beans, I couldn't stop laughing in the theatre.

Many on my list. But the top 5 are probably (in no particular order)

The Jerk
Coming to America
Best in Show
There's Something About Mary
Step Brothers

Honorable Mention:

The Big Lebowski. I guess it's not technically a "comedy". But the characters being so completely over the top over relatively mundane events kills me every time!

dumb and dumber will always be my answer. In theatres I saw step brothers and never laughed so hard in my life.
