Cersei could have beaten Daenerys: Change My Mind.

New here guys but love the forum so far and love discussing Thrones. I'm a big book guy and also of course watched the show.
There's a scenario here where Cersei could and should have won the battle with Daenerys. Granted I'm a huge Cersei STAN but still. What do you guys think?
I think she erred in taking out Missandei, but she could have killed them all with the Scorpions during the Parley no?

Cersei didn’t have a chance. The scorpions got nerfed in the S8.E5 patch and dragons got a big buff with unlimited fire attacks and increased evasion.

Better yet, send out your supposed 2000 Golden Company calvary to quickly destroy or capture Dany and her forces. While there’s at least 4 scropians on the wall to take out Drogon. They were going to have to face him at some point. Why not face him now rather when Dany is riding him and has an army of thousands?

Catapult some Dragon Fire pots over the wall onto her little contingent and let the Golden Company capture her.
ETA: I get it though, the whole point was Cersei was a cocky bitch and thought she had the upper hand.

She should have had a scorpion hidden in that room that she was watching the destruction instead of it being her observation deck. Always shoot from cover. KL would have been destroyed but Cersei could have taken out Drogon and Dany in the end. Then, Dany's choice to ignore the bells and go Mad Queen would have ultimately cost her the chance to rule. Cersei would have lost as well. The North, Dothraki, and Unsullied would have taken out any remaining Lannister forces. Maybe they still end up choosing Bran as King but they way that they would have come to that conclusion would have been a little better.

If they only had those few scorpions, and you're getting bad arse unstoppable battle of Kings Landing Drogon, then no, she would not have won.
Dany could have much easily ended the war than Cersei could have.
Cersei should have taken out Tyrion though. If I would have know Tyrion was going to give the motivational speech that got Bran elected king, I would have been happy for Cersei and Co. to put an arrow through his head.

Yeah
She could have wasted them all when they had that dumbass negotiation where the cut of Dany's admin's head. Just another terrible plot hole from the season though.

The parley where the dragon knew there there scorpions making it much easier to dodge them all? The one where if they miss on the first volley Cersei is immediately roasted to death? Yeah, brilliant plan.
