Cape Fear Trailer
I don't get excited about re-makes, but this looks bad arse.

De Niro’s Max Cady is legitimately terrifying and don’t think it’ll ever be topped. And I say that believing Bardem’s Anton Sugar role was equally as terrifying.

Remake of a remake.

It can't be any worse than Deniro's bad southern accent.

So this will be the third time this film has been made?
ETA: I guess the fourth time if you count the Simpson's version

So he’s innocent in this one?

Mitchum makes them both look like posers, IMO. He was one menacing dude.

agreed, Mitchum was better than De Niro. Although I thought nolte and Lewis were upgrades to the original

Amy Adams accent doesn't sound too great either

Nick Nolte better than Gregory Peck? Don't read that very often.
Interestingly, both Mitchum and Peck had roles in the De Niro remake. Doesn't look like any of that cast will show up in the 3rd version.

House shown in beginning of trailer is in Inman Park neighborhood of Atlanta. It’s Arthur Blanks second wife house. Josh Brolin and his wife have a house a few doors down and so does Andrew Lincoln.

Cape Fear is the name of a river in North Carolina where the last act takes place. Are they doing away with the river? There has got to be some twist about Max Cady's "innocence."

Not that it means much, but people who have seen it said it's peak TV.
