How did you not get the SJW angle?! It’s obvious in the casino the intergalactic space aliens had higher stacks of chips than the humans. Pandering on its simplest form to coddle the aliens.
It’s amusing to me. More often than not the ones on TD that are quick to call people snowflakes for complaining are the same ones that cry about how a movie had too many women or minorities in leading roles.

ETA: like i said in my first post; movie was about 30 - 45 minutes long. a lot of Finn/Rose could have been cut to make the movie shorter. Finn is a terrible character with some of the worst lines ever and it didn't really make sense that he beat Phasma in a one on one battle.

I basically enjoyed watching it because it was Star Wars but I can objectively see why many people wouldn’t enjoy it.
The SJW stuff wouldn’t have bothered nearly as many people if they had been subtle about it, but it was in your face all of the time. Subtlety is your friend Hollywood!
Edit: I guess they can’t really be subtle if they expect all of their audience to be mouth breathers though...

I actually liked TLJ and didn't have a problem with it like most people here.
However, the Finn/Rose stuff was unbelievably bad and ham-fisted with the 1% nonsense.
